• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return

• Custom-made items (e.g. custom colours or engraving) are non-refundable

How to Return:

• Contact us with your order number and reason for return
• Once approved, ship the item back (return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility)
• We will issue a refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the item

Notes:

 

• Colour differences due to screen settings are not considered defects

• If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us with photos within 48 hours

• We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item shows signs of use
